Job Description

Henry Heyink Construction Ltd, a heavy civil contractor, requires an organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a part time office assistant.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of accounting principles and know of computer based program such as Jonas, Word, Excel and the internet is an asset.
Some of the main duties (but not limited to); answering the phones, processing accounts receivable/accounts payable and bank deposits and utility locate requests
Remuneration to be negotiated based on experience. Interested candidates should forward resume before July 30, 2020
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
Job Type: Part-time
Monday to Friday
No Weekends
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative Duties:
Stocking supplies
Sorting and sending mail
Answering and routing phone calls
Greeting visitors
