Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
· Overseeing various Talent Management Functions.
· Development parameters and frameworks around policies and procedures that allow for consistent application.
· Administering and coordinating all in-house and external learning and development opportunities for Team Leaders and Team Members.
· Administer and advise on interpretation of the Collective Agreement.
· Leading the Co-ops labour relations function.
· Leading recruitment and selection.
· Administering and coordinating employee retention programs.
· Administering Co-op benefits plan/program, and administering, monitoring, and reporting on health and safety compliance in all departments.
