We are building out a team of Travel Consultants, Entry Level Position, NO experience/No Diploma to kick off their career journey with us as of September 2019
Responsibilities will include:

Using our Global Distribution and web-based programs provide travel counseling support for travel to loyalty cardholders
Selling air, car, hotel, package products in an inbound call centre
Providing a high level of customer service
Provide support to callers for navigational questions or inquiries.
Providing services based on client loyalty program rules and regulations Candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Excellent Customer Service
Travel background is not required, however an asset (Travel Consultant training provided).
Call Centre experience an asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to resolve day to day client concerns while meeting or exceeding expectations and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Organizational and time management skills.
Microsoft Application skills required, such as Outlook email.
Strong personal computer usage and internet proficiency skills.
Strong team player interacting effectively & professionally with co-workers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French an asset.
Flexibility with shifts / able to work evenings/weekends. Other information
Flexibility to work Shift work in an intimate call centre environment, open 7 days a week.
Weekly hours of work may fluctuate between 25-40 hours

Conseiller en voyages, poste de niveau débutant, AUCUNE expérience/AUCUN diplôme requis

Conseiller en voyages, expérimenté/titulaire d’un diplôme de formation en voyages Responsabilités liées au poste :

À l’aide de notre système de distribution mondial et de nos outils en ligne, prodiguer des conseils en matière de voyages aux titulaires de cartes de fidélisation.
Vendre des produits de voyage (avion, voiture, hôtel et autres) dans un centre d’appels.
Offrir un service à la clientèle de grande qualité.
Assister les appelants sur des questions portant sur la navigation.
Procurer des services en conformité avec les règles et modalités des programmes de fidélisation de la clientèle. Les candidats doivent posséder les compétences et les qualifications suivantes :
Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle.
Expérience dans le secteur des voyages non indispensable mais un atout (une formation complète de conseiller en voyages sera offerte).
Expérience en centre d’appels un atout.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme trépidant.
Capacité à résoudre quotidiennement les problèmes des clients tout en répondant et même en dépassant l
