Description Working as part of the Growth Enablement and Business Processes group at Aramark, you will assist in the growth and retention of Aramark locations. You will be instrumental in the mobilization and implementation of Aramark programs in existing and new locations and remediation activities as required. While primarily focused in the healthcare space, involvement in these activities in non healthcare accounts may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist growth activities by participating in the costing of new business opportunities
Participate in and/or complete operational reviews to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, new program implementation and remediation in existing locations
Deliver strong operational performance by implementing or supporting the onsite operational team in implementation of Aramark and regulatory agency standards and programs, continually monitoring operations, and completing assessments and necessary action plans to provide optimal nutrition care and meal service to patients/residents.
Provide education that ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.
Assist in mobilization activities for new locations. Activities may include menu or system implementation, training, scheduling of staff
Position may require modified hours of work, travel and occasional weekend work Qualifications
Completion of degree that enables dietetic practice or diploma in food services management
3-5 years clinical or food service management experience
Knowledge of computer operations, specifically diet office software systems
Must possess a valid driver’s license
