Sells the Company's products and services to established and new contract accounts including hotels, motels, hospitals, universities, management companies, design firms, purchasing companies in order to attain maximum sales volume.To learn more about our company, please visit the following links:Website: Chevron Collection: Catalog: Descriptions:Achieves targeted sales goals and profit criteria.Identifies and researches potential prospects, develops new accounts, cold calls and telemarkets prospects.Communicates and implements local and national account marketing programs.Maintains current knowledge of all Company products, services, marketing techniques, ordering procedures and pricing schedules.Works effectively with HQ management team in order to ensure fulfillment of sales orders.Communicates specific terms and conditions of sales orders as well as any other special issues related to accounts.Follows-up on all orders with plant scheduler and customer.Handles any follow-up needed on a timely basis with accounts in order to close sales.Completes required paperwork, reports and records accurately and on a timely basis.Analyzes prepared reports and prepares appropriate responses or recommendations.Monitors competitive manufacturers in order to compare and sell THJUSA products and services more effectively.Travels assigned territory on a regular basis and maintains a positive working relationship with all accounts and prospects.Works proactively with accounts and resolves any service, product, quality, delivery or return issues that may arise.Maintains knowledge of current trends in the field.Attends appropriate training programs, national and local sales meetings, plant meetings, trade shows and other meetings, and reports new information to CEOExperience: 3+ years Hospitality DesignBachelor’s degree (BA or BS) requireAbility to work independently and self-motivatePosition Qualifications:Maintain positive relationships with National AccountsExcellent customer service and attentionEffectively communicate marketing messagesIdentifies market potential by qualifying accountsInitiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirementsExperience developing business in both new and established markets.An open attitude and a desire to work in a start-up style environment.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in writing and speaking EnglishStrong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is requiredProficient with problem identification and conflict resolutionOur OfferWork with a growing, innovative, and global brand.Build your own business – work on your own time and in your preferred location.Take advantage of a generous commission structure.Build client relationships with Designers, Architects, Purchasing Agents, and Property Owners/Managers within various contract markets with a primary focus on Hospitality Design.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, CommissionExperience:Hospitality Sales: 3 years (Required)Commercial Flooring Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
