Job Description

Vancouver, BCResponsibilities Will Include
Managing, processing and tracking all invoices and payments Completely all banking functions including daily deposits and requisitions Processing purchase orders and expense reports as well as other documents Assisting in the administration and filings for tax related issues Preparing all forms of payments including, cheques, online and wire-transfers Following policies as procedures for all accounting activities Updating records on accounting software Maintaining all filings for the accounting department Creating and assisting in the creation of finance reports Other duties as required Key Qualifications And Competencies
A minimum of one years’ experience in Accounting Post-secondary education in Accounting or a relevant field Strong understanding of accounting software Quickbooks preferred Outstanding communication skills both written and oral Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize A dedicated individual with accountability and initiative Strong interpersonal skills A team player Assertive with the capability to be flexible and adaptable
