Operations Specialist – Loan Operations Blast Reporting to the Team Leader, the primary focus of this role is to provide support and resolutions to day to day issues including the management of multi-faceted escalations across various Banking Ops teams. Some of the dynamic core responsibilities include: Establishment of trend reporting on recurring issues/errors and lending overview/expertise on these deficiencies as needed. Analyze, investigate, and troubleshoot to identify root cause of issues presented. Collaborate with teams across various channels to support resolutions of escalations. Lead and assist in the execution of varied remediation projects across Banking Ops. Lead the exploration of Gembas and Business Focus methodology with team members to ensure Banking Ops effectively grows and charts efficiency into our progressive future. Provide coachback and training to team members as needed. Be instrumental in providing and managing various control reporting across multi channels. Provide support in elements of Robotics control and automation. Lead/participate in testing including scripting and job aide management on varied tasks. Rotational multiple queue management. Management of items that flow through PPO and PCO worklists. Work closely with our Operations Analyst partners on key tasks and initiatives. Liaisons with team members, leaders, and executives across varied platforms and business partners to ensure that clear, detailed, effective communication and results are provided. You will find success based on your abilities in the following areas: High level understanding of SAP systems and functions. Assist timely/accurate completion of workflow as required and provide effective concise communications both to and from. Complete team member scheduling of daily work including reassignment/reorganization due to unexpected absences Ability to provide spot processing in the partner team queues when there are instances of unexpected absences and/or seasonal peak periods. Ability to support with ad hoc activities. Assist with Audit or Compliance related activity Familiarity in investigation and if necessary management of service tickets on escalations to appropriate parties for remediation. (Ex: Support Center, Customer Care, IT, etc) Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of the full G suite line of enabled products and other software applications. Solid understanding and/or experience with the streamline of Banking Ops teams and how the loan cycle works. Job Requirements As the ideal candidate you possess: Post-secondary education preferred in a technical, business, or banking discipline. Minimum 3-5 years ATB or related banking experience. Solid understanding and knowledge of ATB related systems (Ex: CSA, Portal, ECM, SAP, CRM, AO, CSAO, First Data, CGI and their connections. Strong written/verbal communication with the ability to professionally communicate with team members across any levels. Strong understanding of Business Focus and Operations Excellence to be able to understand and apply the various principles and processes. Solid administrative, organizational, and priority planning skills to meet established deadlines and commitment agreements. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Decisive, creative, and adaptable to change. Positive proactive attitude
