Part-timePosition Title: Customer Service Representative Reports to: Lead SupervisorLocation: Regina – Golden Mile (Opening Soon)Urban Cellars liquor store is looking for top talent! It also means a chance to learn about wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, food and yourself.Position SummaryThe Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to customers and for maintaining excellent store operating standards at all times.Key Responsibilities- Provides a positive Urban Cellars experience for customers- Maintains a balanced float while on shift and counts cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies- Initiates opportunities for additional sales- Faces and displays merchandise- Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises management of any discrepancies- Demonstrates a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures- Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and company policies and procedures- Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes- Participates in maintaining a prosperous and enjoyable work environment for all staffOther Related Duties- Cleans and maintains store and equipment according to schedules and policies- Maintains a consistent commitment to serving customers while working to deadlines- Assists in receiving and storing products according to company policy- Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of all sales and related information for Urban Cellars- Attends seminars to increase product knowledge and service levels as requiredWe prefer our team members to have: - Previous cashier experience in a fast-paced environment- Previous customer service experience- Experience working in retail or hospitality liquor industries- Good math and problem-solving skills- Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekendsWe want our team members to be: - Multi-taskers, efficient and accurate- Friendly and dependable- Able to handle pressure– and always with a smile!- Interested in learning more about the liquor industryRequirements: - Must be 19+ years of age- Must have Serve it Right Saskatchewan certification-The ability to repetitively lift up to 40 lbs-The ability to stand, reach and bend for long periods of time.Job Type: Full-time/Part-timeExperience:Cashier: 1 year (Required)Sales: 1 year (Required)Location:Saskatoon, SK (Preferred)Licence:SIRS (Serve It Right Saskatchewan - Required)Language:English (Required)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
