Job Description

ContractJOB SUMMARYThe Bilingual Client Intake Specialist, under the direction of the immediate Supervisor, will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls. He/She will be a caring, reliable and results oriented individual with a professional and friendly attitude who is able to interact with potential clients, families and referral sources. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to callers looking for information about services provided by all Bayshore HealthCare divisions.Understand caller’s needs and provide direction as to the appropriate Bayshore offering.Manage the inquiry process. Provide information about Bayshore services to families; book assessments with local Home Health branches; provide strong follow up with families and branches.Accurately record client information in our CRM to ensure up-to-date family information and status.Provide effective and efficient service over the telephone.Provide information regarding funding options as necessary.Assist with production of daily reports as required.Assist with administrative duties as necessary.Support internal/external audit process.Manage flow of information.Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.Complete other tasks as requested.QUALIFICATIONS:
EducationUniversity/College education or equivalent combination of education and experience.ExperienceExperience within a call centre/customer service environment.Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel. Previous experience with CRM an asset.Ability to multi-task; talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.Experience within a healthcare environment preferred.3+ years’ experience : history of success positioning and selling solutions to businesses or consumers.Demonstrated ability to assess family situations and quickly develop solutions based upon family needs.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to work independently within a team environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be compassionate and caring.French language skills is required.Job Types: Full-time, ContractExperience:Call Centre/Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Language:French (Required)
